Sleeveless MOD wedding dress, Saks Fifth Avenue label, circa 1960s vintage.
Wool and silk blend weave with sheen to the ivory/ off- white fabric.
Moderate slash front neck with hidden metal hook and eye at clavicle- looks great both ways.
Braided cording / soutache detail along the neckline, central bodice, and along the waistline.
Fitted bodice to the waist, skirt is A- lined with front kick pleat from waist to hem.
hidden "cc" brand zip up the back center,
Unlined, but faced/ backed in a woven rayon textile, which provides some shape to the A- lined skirt.
A lovely choice for your special day, as your reception dress, or for garden parties, etc.
Condition is excellent- with no issues to report. Dress has been handled, but there are no obvious signs of wear, etc. Exceedingly clean, crisp, and fresh. Beautiful!
